Head Coach Emma Schauf

Emma (pictured second from left) took the helm as Allderdice head coach in 2022. Rowing since the age of 14, Emma is an experienced coach who knows the sport as both a rower and coach, with experiences coaching at Steel City Rowing Club and Carnegie Mellon University. She clearly embodies a love of the sport both for the sport itself and for the incredible ways it shapes the development of the whole person for those lucky enough to find the sport in their young lives.
