Coach Smith was hired as Allderdice Crew head coach in 2011. He had just graduated from college, and a hiring board member remembers, “He seemed like a good guy.” Who could have predicted his success and staying power with the team!

Under Coach Smith, Allderdice boats have competed in the scholastic national championships.
